Match Play. Red leads 5-3 to 11. Should Red double? If doubled, should White take?

A classic middle game double. Red has ten checkers in the zone but the one the ace-point may be deemed to be a liability rather than asset.

The position is volatile so doubling will certainly be correct. It is rarely correct to drop when your opponent has only two home board points made and that is the case here. Not doubling as Red is a blunder while dropping as White is a double blunder.
