Unlimited Games. How should Red play 61?
This position is close to a double because of White’s precarious timing but not quite. However, one of my rules is not to jeopardise a potential cube turn with a risky play.
Here Red would like to make his 3-pt but slotting it with 9/3, 6/5 or 16/15, 9/3 is overplaying the position. Red has good structure and the simple 16/9 is best by quite some way.
