The vast majority of players will swiftly move bar/23, 20/18(2)*, 13/11* and pick up their dice without any more ado. In doing so they would be blundering. Red’s home board is no threat and White will quickly re-enter his checkers.
Meanwhile Red will have given up the golden point anchor for no real gain.
The only move that is not a blunder is bar/23, 13/11*, 6/4(2). Now Red has a stronger home board and still holds White’ 5-pt. Holding that extra home board point helps to generate more gammons for Red.
