Match Play. Red trails 2-3 to 7. Should Red redouble? If redoubled, should White take?

For money this is a huge no redouble, Red needs to roll a six first.

At this score the redouble kills White’s gammons. The position is hugely volatile and so Red is justified (just) in redoubling now. The take by White is trivial. A gammon will win the match for him but even a single win gets him to 6-3 (Crawford) with his opponent on an odd number which is a very strong position for Red. Not redoubling is small error for Red.
