13/12*/9 is neat and tidy, but does it meet the demands of the position?
Red has five undeveloped checkers on his 6-pt and this is a great opportunity to get one of them into play, whilst White’s board is so weak. 13/12*, 6/3 is the best play. The old adage of “put them where you want them” steers you towards the correct play. Red will need his 3-pt so start it now. If the blot gets hit it will help Red’s timing. 13/12*/9 comes second and is only a bad mistake, not a blunder.
However, other than those two every other move is a blunder.
