This is not the easiest problem because there are so many possible moves.
The gut reaction is to secure an anchor with bar/22 and then find a suitable two.
However, White has only eight checkers in the zone and so Red can make the mildly bold play of bar/20.
Bar/22, 8/6 and bar/22, 6/4 are both OK but are still very nearly errors. Bar/23, 21/18, inviting a double hit by White is definitely an error.
