Match Play. 0-0 to 5. How should Blue play 22?

Over the board 13/11(3), 8/6 was played but that is so ugly, and it is also worse than a double blunder.

Correct is 13/9(2), making an excellent blocking point. The two blots are not in huge danger and the risk is worth the reward.

All other plays are double blunders or worse.
