Match Play 2-2 to 7. Should Blue double? If doubled, should White take?

The gaps on Blue’s 4-pt and 3-pt are very weakening. On the other hand, White’s structure is very poor with that dilly builder on his 3-pt.

The position is non-volatile but Blue just about has a double based upon having the better anchor and White’s overall poor structure. After all his anchor is partially primed whereas Blue will have no trouble escaping.
