Match Play. Red leads 4-3 to 7. Should Red double? If doubled, should White take?
For money this a double and a huge pass but the score affects things drastically.
White has a trivial take and will have some very powerful redoubles especially after most of Red’s twos and threes. 62 and 52 are massive anti-jokers for Red.
Red should hold onto the cube and play on for the undoubled gammon that gets him to Crawford with White on an odd number which is great for Red.
Of course, if Red doubles, White takes. Dropping would be a blunder.
