Match Play. Red leads 3-2 to 5. Should Red double? If doubled, should White take?

For money this is the skinniest of doubles and a very easy take because Red has so much work to do to bring the position home.

At this score doubling puts the match on the line because White will have an automatic redouble. This kills gammons for both players.

It turns out that this position is a benchmark. You can double or not double and you will be correct. Of course, White has a trivial take.
