Match Play. Red 0-0 to 7. How should Red play 43?

Over the board 13/10, 6/2* was played but that is just too big a play at a time when White has the stronger home board. Red is way behind in the race so that eliminates any kind of splitting play even if 24/17 does duplicate fives.

That basically leaves 13/10, 13/9, the only play that is not a bunder.
