The cube is put of play which makes a huge difference. For money 23/5, 11/5 is very clearly best because a fan by White gives Red a redouble that White must drop (just)
With no active cube 23/17, 23/11, 7/1 just noses out 23/11(2) but it is very, very close because nobody likes killing a checker. The key here is to understand just how much the different cube scenarios radically impact the checker play.
