Match Play 2-2 to 7. Should Red redouble to 8? If redoubled, should White take?

This is a classic too good to double/no double position.

For money this is a massive double/drop. At this score with the cube already on 4 Red should play on for the gammon. If he doubles White has a trivial take. He only needs 15% winning chances to take the redouble and here he has 28% (from the rollout). White loses 38.5% gammons but, of course, those are irrelevant with the cube on 8.

Of course, if you think your opponent will drop then by all mean do redouble but you need to know your opponent quite well to take that risk.
