Money Play. Should Red double? If doubled, should White take?

Broken primes are very powerful, and it will take Red nearly five rolls (on average) to escape his rear checker. Meanwhile White has anchor and at least two entry points.

All of this adds up to the skinniest of doubles (to activate the gammon threat) and the most trivial of takes. I wouldn’t blame anybody for waiting a roll here as it is such an easy take.
