Match Play. 0-0 to 5. How should Red play 61?

This is another close one. Red must make his bar so the choice is between 22/21, 13/7, preparing to escape the rear checkers, and 15/9, 8/7, concentrating on offence.

13/12, 13/7 is a bad error because it is neither fish nor fowl.

22/21, 13/7 wins the rollout by 18 milli-points so basically either of the two main plays are fine.
