24/18, 6/4 duplicates sixes, and looks reasonable.
However, slightly better is 24/22, 13/7 which starts two good points and, with Red holding an anchor has an acceptable level of risk, despite the lack of duplication.
I think this is difficult to find over the board, but an extensive rollout has 24/22, 13/7 as the clear winner and 24/18, 6/4 is designated as a small error.
