Unlimited Games. How should Red play 52?

White has the start of a strong prime and so Red should advance to the edge of it with 24/22.

Given Red’s poor position he can’t leave too much lying around until he has made an anchor. The best five is 11/6. 13/8 is also OK but slightly weaker.

13/6 is weak and the wrong idea. Red must advance a rear checker. 23/18, 13/11 is another try but that move just invites a blitz attack. So for once the dull play, 24/22, 11/6, is correct.
