Match Play. Red trails 1-4 to 13. Should Red redouble? If redoubled, should White take?

In a money game it would be an horrendous error to redouble, nearly a beaver because of the fully active cube.

The match score disparity means that Red should seriously consider redoubling but in fact, the disparity is not enough to warrant the redouble. If Red were trailing 1-5 it would be a borderline redouble and at any score worse than 1-5 the redouble would be clear. As it is, Red should wait.
