Money Play. How should Red play 66?

Over the board 24/18, 21/3 was played but that is an error.

The idea is to get more of those rear checkers moving to contest the outer boards. There are two candidate plays, 21/9(2) and 21/15, 21/3. They both expose the remaining checkers to attack but that is compensated for by the stronger forward position that Red establishes.

This is not an easy problem because it looks as if Red should hold on to the 21-pt, but the rollouts show clearly that this is not the case. For once giving up an anchor is correct.
