Money Play. How should Red play 62?
When I set this problem, I expected there to be significant disparity between the various plays but that turned out not to be the case after the rollout and coming out with 24/18, 9/7 is equal to some of the other plays.
12/6, 9/7 and 13/11, 12/6 and 24/18, 9/7 and 13/11, 13/7 are within 0.010 of each other so any of them is fine. Red will win about 77% of the time with 20% gammons whichever he choices. Always nice to have a few options!
