The two choices are 22/16 or the waiting play, 10/8, 10/6.
It is very close and XG has a mild preference for the waiting play but 22/16 is hardly an error.
The theory behind 10/8, 10/6 is that it creates spares for the future plus hopefully White might have to leave a shot after his next roll.
Given the difference between the two plays is 0.0017 I think we can safely say that either plan is OK.
