Match Play. 2-2 to 5. Should Red redouble? If redoubled, should White take?

This is a drop for money because two-thirds of Red’s wins are gammons and taking is very nearly a blunder.

At this match score Red should not redouble because gammons become meaningless and White has 33% winning chances. Redoubling is a blunder.

Red should play on for a gammon which gives him the match or a single game which gets him to 4-2 (Crawford).
