Money Play. How should Red play 61?

It is interesting that 21/15, 21/20 is actually a blunder. It allows White counterattack with all threes and tens.

Red should play 7/1, 2/1 to strengthen his home board before doing anything with the rear checkers. If Red was ahead in the race it might be a different story but he will still be behind after playing his 61 so he should hold the anchor and await developments.
