Money Play. Should Red double? If doubled, should White take?

A classic double against one rear checker where Red has the advantage of being on roll. He is ahead in race, threat and position which would normally indicate double/drop but White only trails marginally in those three elements and actually this is a very clear take.

Not doubling is a double blunder but dropping is a triple blunder.
