Money Play. How should Red play 21?

Trying to win by going forward is not the right idea. With White safely anchored on Red’s 5-pt that plan is very likely doomed to failure.

Red does not quite have the timing for a back game at the moment but he may be able to correct that in due course. His best chance lies in steering for a 2-4 back game by playing bar/23, 24/23.

Bar/24, 13/11* is an error but not a blunder.
