Match Play. Red trails 2-3 to 7. How should Red play 31?

This is a duplication and connectivity question that most readers got right. 18/17*/14 brilliantly duplicates twos and sixes. Any other play is a blunder. 18/17*/14 leaves ten return hits

18/17*, 18/15 duplicates the entering ones and threes and also leaves ten return shots but note that double three hits twice. 18/17*, 18/15 also disconnects the last Red blot on White’s ace-point which is not good tactically.
