Money Play. How should Red play 66?
Whatever he plays Red will end up disconnecting some of his checkers.
He will lead by fifteen pips after the roll so some sort of running play is indicated.
The best play is 20/14(2), 8/2(2). This play keeps some connectivity. Meanwhile trengthening Red’s home board with 8/2(2) will provide a measure of protection for the blot still stranded on the 24-pt as it attempts to flee for home.
