Money Play. How should Red play 33?

The key to this problem is to make sure that White can play a 5 so that he is forced to dismantle his anchor on Red’s 2-pt.

The best way to do this 7/1(2), making an additional inner board point. 15/12, 7/4, 7/1 is the second-best play but that is still an error. Everything else is a blunder or worse.
