Money Play. How should Red play 64?

The best play here is bar/21, 13/7 leaving Red one roll away from having a very strong five-point prime. It puts huge pressure on White to roll an immediate six (which is duplicated). The way forward after bar/21, 8/2* is not so clear as Red only has nine checkers in the attack zone.

Hitting is a bad mistake but not quite a blunder.
